1. Returns Eligibility

We take great care in delivering fresh and high-quality mango pulp. However, returns are accepted only in the following cases: ✅ Damaged or Leaking Packaging – If the product is received in a damaged condition. ✅ Wrong Item Delivered – If you receive the wrong product or quantity. ✅ Expired or Spoiled Product – If the product is expired at the time of delivery.

❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:

• Change of mind or personal preference.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or taste (since it's a natural product).

2. Refund Process

💰 If your return request is approved:

• A replacement will be sent (if stock is available).

• If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

3. How to Request a Return?

📞 Step 1: Contact our support team within 24-48 hours of delivery. 📸 Step 2: Share photos of the damaged or incorrect product for verification. 📦 Step 3: If eligible, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.

4. Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as a store credit, based on customer preference.
